PREPARE ONCE
Use for any adventure
Print full-color paper walls. Add reusable 3D-printed columns. Then build striking rooms and corridors without printing and painting large plastic pieces.
After that, use the same pieces to build new layouts for future adventures.
Print the full-color wall sheets. One page can contain several wall pieces. Cut along the straight lines and fold each wall in half.
Play, dismantle and store in a small box. Next time, use the prepared pieces again in a completely different layout.
Once you've printed the walls on paper and the columns with your 3D printer, you can start building whatever you imagine - whether it's a single epic boss room or a sprawling, interconnected dungeon.
When you're done, you can pack everything away in a small box and rebuild it in a completely different layout for your next adventure!
Need another doorway or a longer corridor? Print a few extra wall panels whenever you need them. The pages contain multiple wall pieces.

Print, assemble and try the modular concept for yourself. The free sample is the easiest way to see the difference between paper walls and reusable columns.
All the Atmosphere. Less of the Effort.
PREPARE ONCE. REUSE OFTEN.
NO PAINTING
Full-color graphics straight from your paper printer. Painting the columns is optional.
START SMALL, EXPAND EASILY
A sprawling setup on game night. Compact storage when it is over.
The paper walls fold flat. The durable printed columns fit into a small box - even an empty filament box.
Once prepared, the same collection is ready for your next layout.

The Dungeon-X campaign by Lord Zsezse Works received
support from more than 1,600 backers on Kickstarter and Gamefound.
The 4 base sets were expanded into 9 sets during the campaign; these are the sets you can find here.
The walls and columns are not single-use props. Reconfigure the pieces for a new encounter, dungeon or campaign whenever the story changes.
ed a new room? A single printed PDF sheet may contain several wall pieces. Add only the walls you need and keep using the columns you already printed.
Nine ready-to-download themes.
A one-time preparation step, followed by many different layouts.
Every theme provides its own visual identity along with the essential pieces for building rooms, corridors and playable environments.
Every set has its own illustrated walls, matching columns and special scenery. Explore the photos and details of each environment.
Underground passages, prison walls and cut-out sewer floor sections.
Natural cavern walls in different themes, and with distinctive circular columns.
Frontier buildings, western scenery and customizable signs for storefronts.
A regular paper printer handles the walls; an FDM printer makes durable columns.
You do not need to print and paint a huge dungeon before your first session.
Print on an ordinary inkjet or laser printer. We used an HP Photosmart inkjet and 190 g/m² matte photo paper, then cut along the straight edges and folded each wall in half.
You can use both U.S. Letter and A4 sheets.
Different wall graphics and optional decorations let you choose the look before you print. One set contains 30-60 pages of wall designs.
Columns come with three different slots:
TIGHT: thinner paper | NORMAL: around 190 g/m² folded paper | LOOSE: around 300 g/m² paper.
These slots are carefully tested and designed to keep paper walls in place.
Dungeon-X sits between flat battlemaps and fully 3D-printed terrain: real vertical walls with much less plastic.
Printed or digital maps are easy to prepare and store, but do not provide vertical walls.

No. Start with a few walls and columns for one encounter. Print more pieces whenever you want to expand. After preparation, you can reuse those pieces again and again.
Yes. Both the prepared paper walls and 3D-printed columns can be dismantled, stored and rearranged into new layouts for later sessions.
A sheet can contain multiple wall sections. The number depends on the lengths and print layout; you can print only the sheets you need.
STL columns are intended for 3D printing. Paper-column alternatives are available, but need more cutting and gluing and are less rigid.
Use a color inkjet or laser printer for the PDF walls. Our own tests used 190 g/m² matte photo paper on an HP Photosmart inkjet. Cut along straight lines, then fold the walls in half.
No. Full-color paper walls need no painting and the printed columns can be used unpainted. A drybrush or ink wash on columns is optional.
The STL columns offer tight, normal and loose slots for different papers. Normal works around 190 g/m² paper folded in half, with tight for thinner stock and loose for heavier stock around 300 g/m². Test one column first.
Matching STL columns, six wall lengths from 1 to 6 inches, printable floor or base maps, and themed variants or extras. Specific decorative pieces vary between themes.
Designed for 28–30 mm miniatures with 1-inch grid layouts. Standard walls are 2 inches tall, and half-height options allow better visibility.
In our Ender 3 Pro tests, an X-shaped universal column took about 20 minutes. A group of twelve more detailed themed columns took roughly 6–9 hours depending on the design and settings. These columns are reusable.
Start small and print only what your layout needs. One very large example used about half a spool of filament and around 35 sheets of paper; this is not a minimum requirement.
Not with the standard system alone. The paper floor/base pieces do not support an upper level. We recommend to build a level separately. This is a trade-off of the lightweight modular design.
Smaller layouts are generally sturdy. Larger arrangements can shift or wobble depending on paper thickness and wall support, a trade-off of the compact modular system.
Neither. It is a completed digital PDF + STL product. All nine themes are available to download after purchase; no physical terrain is shipped.
Nine complete themes. Printable walls. Reusable columns. Different dungeon layouts for future games.
